The longevity of Restylane fillers largely depends on the specific product and the treatment area. For example, lip filler will not last as long as under eye filler. On average, patients can expect Restylane to last anywhere from three to nine months, with six months being about average across all products and areas. With that said, some patients may see results last as long as eighteen months in certain areas and products.
