This patient is a transgender woman who wanted to obtain a more feminine figure and breasts. The patient wanted a proportional breast size and using Vectra 3D imaging the patient chose 300cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus silicone breast implants. The patient underwent a breast augmentation surgery where Dr. Allegra placed the breast implants under the chest muscle through an inframammary fold.
