This patient felt that he face was beginning to sag and look constantly tired. She had also seen herself age rather quickly in a short number of years. The patient was a great candidate for a mini facelift. She also chose to undergo a rhinoplasty and lower blepharoplasty at the same time. She is still healing but already looks years younger.
